The Key to Mobility.

During registration you will configure a 4-digit PIN. You must enter this PIN before you can start the car2go vehicle. If you accidently enter the wrong PIN, please press the orange DEL button (delete). Then simply enter the correct PIN and confirm with OK.

If you enter the wrong PIN three times in a row, you will be denied access for security reasons. You will be automatically connected to the customer call center via the vehicle’s hand-free unit. A text message with a valid PIN will be sent.
