How to cope with card loss

Nobody is perfect. If you should happen to lose your car2go Member Card, you should deactivate your card immediately. The process is simple: just log in and go to “Account” Tab, then to “Driver License Info”, then to “Lock car2go Membership Access”. This will deactivate your lost Member Card. If you find your card, you can reactivate it by the same online process.

Important: Please keep your driver’s license and your PIN in separate places at all times to help prevent unauthorized use.
