You can register on the website by clicking on "Registration". All you’ll need your valid U.S. driver’s license information, a few personal details and a valid Mastercard or Visa card number. You can also register in person at the car2go offices.

When you register, you will create a password with an identity verification question, which you will need to remember for any future interaction with your account.

Once your registration is complete and your application approved, you will receive your car2go Member Card via the U.S. mail. The process typically takes around 5 business days.
