At car2go, we do our best to provide you with perfect service. To succeed in the long run, we also need your help. These few rules make car2go easy and simple to use for everyone, all of the time.

DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE.

Zero alcohol makes the roads safe. That is why alcohol and drugs are banned in car2go vehicles.

NO SMOKING.

To ensure that non-smokers also enjoy driving car2go, you may not smoke in car2go vehicles.

ANIMALS ARE OUT.

Animals must unfortunately be left behind for reasons of hygiene and safety.

PLEASE KEEP THE VEHICLE CLEAN.

Please take care of the vehicle and keep the interior clean at all times so that other drivers can enjoy car2go for a long time to come.

NICE TO SEE IT AGAIN.

Never remove any items that belong to the car2go.

Of course, every car2go user takes good care of the vehicles in his or her own interest. But if anything does happen to break, please get in touch with the service team.

Please inform our service team immediately of any items lost or found.

A NOTE ABOUT INSURANCE.

Please do not allow others to use the car2go. If you do, the insurance cover will no longer be valid and you will be liable to a contract penalty.

THREE'S A CROWD.

The "car2go edition" is a two-seater. Please do not take more than one passenger with you when you use car2go.

FOR ONE PURPOSE ONLY.

The aim of car2go is to get you to where you want to go. Please do not remain in the vehicle without the intention to drive, race in it, use it to transport people commercially, etc.
