The more time you drive, the cheaper it gets. One hour costs a maximum of $12.99 plus HST, and one day (up to 24 hours) is no more than $65.99 plus HST. There are no security deposits, monthly fees or charges to reserve a vehicle. Many of our members have discovered they can skip the hassles of car ownership or conventional car rental; all they need is a car2go membership.

Please note that for drivers to be eligible for ICBC's special car sharing insurance, an annual fee of $2 plus HST will also be charged. Our Rates

The cost of car ownership is rising especially when taking into account depreciation, maintenance, gas, parking, registration, insurance, financing, and taxes. The cost of owning a vehicle like the 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt is estimated at $0.49/km. This cost is even higher for mini vans and larger cars. According to the Globe and Mail, the resulting cost of owning a vehicle like the Cobalt is approximately $8,500 per year⁵. Please note: You can drive as long and as far as you like, just be aware that every km over 200 km per rental will be charged at 45 cents per km.
