Dealing with accidents
Don’t get stuck!
Had a knock? Take a deep breath. Hopefully, nobody is hurt – but if so, you should call an ambulance first of all. If another car is involved, call the police. Whatever happens, you also have to call our claims management. Use the SOS Button inside the car or call us 0871 2000 703*. We’ll help you to continue your trip. Please remember to wear the warning vest while you wait and try to place your vehicle so that it does not obstruct the traffic. You’ll find the warning triangle and first aid kit under the driver’s seat.
